No, we charge by volume. We bring a 65-gallon cart with us to fill on-site. Most pricing is based on how many times that 65-gallon cart is filled and emptied in a given visit.
We can typically fit 5-6 small banker boxes measuring 17" x 12" x 9" into the 65-gallon cart. We can typically fit 3-4 large banker boxes measuring 25" x 14" x 12" into the 65-gallon cart.
Our goal is to keep your costs consistent and manageable. To achieve this, we establish our rates using a set price per gallon for diesel fuel. Currently, diesel fuel costs exceed this rate so we apply a fuel surcharge. If diesel fuel costs fall below the set rate, the surcharge is removed. All shredded materials are taken to a recycling center where it is bailed and sent to a mill to be reused and recycled into paper towels, napkins, tissue and toilet paper.
